Sickly poo

Mason was so sick with diarrhea this weekend. :( so much laundry and so much poop! Poor guy! But it was kinda nice to cuddle and take a few sick days. Thank goodness I work with some amazing people who are willing to take one for the team while I needed to be with him. That makes it hard when Travis is gone. He was always the one to stay with him when he's sick so it was nice to have my turn but know things were fine at work too. Mason was using sick as an excuse for everything, sleep in my bed, bubbly baths, delivery of toys and pillow beds etc. goofy kid. Love him.

Mason mash up

The rest of the pictures from March that I didn't have a whole post for.
Silly kid did this for the first time on our trip. He is so so silly.

Mason has been so obsessed with owies and bandaides. He was showing Travis his cut and making this fake face!

Mason is always doing goofy things in class and his teachers send them to me and it makes my day!

Cupcake and trucks what could be better?

Fire officer? Police fighter? I'm just glad they got some "boy" clothes in the Dino's!

Mason new "cart" his baby stroller holds everything from him to buzz to balls and cars and blocks. If he isn't sitting in it he is racing it all over the house and freaking out the dogs!

I can't explain how sad/frustrated I am that mason got this trait! Mason is a "picker" I have always been a picker. I hate it about myself but I see the tiniest bump (especially on my legs) and itch and scratch and pick until it's bleeding and so so much worse! Now my son is One and I have to teach him early to stop and let It be :). He woke up with a bloody forehead and we cleaned up and I covered them with bandaides so he'd leave them alone!!
Mason was laughing at himself eating a lemon as a baby. He watched it over and over.

We bought Chandra a dog stroller for her birthday. She loved it! We also took her out to Applebee's!

Paisley came over for pizza night. Ashley and I crafted while they watched toys. Priceless!

Bath time is always his favorite. Especially when the pool is "broken" (closed for cleaning)
Love that cute little butt. He's going to hate me some day!

"Will you smile for daddy?" "Nope sorry"

The endless lines of cars. This is mason's "autistic" tendancy/OCD. If me or the dogs bump it he runs to fix it. He works on it for days at a time and he will cry and fit if I put it away without his permission or warning.

Bah ha this makes me smile for so many reasons.
First experience with the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Not only did I convince him to watch something other than toys I got him to experience my childhood favorite. Now he wants to sky dive and roller blade and fight booger men. My job is done :)

And that my friends is a month of excitement. We were only home 18 days of March! Now bring on April.

Woodland park zoo

What to do with Nice weather, the day off and a active toddler who loves animals ...Go to the zoo! Mason loved the zoo. But really who doesn't like the zoo?
Clara and my dad had the day off so we took mason to the zoo together.
My dad was about ready to leave before we even got Inside ;)
Mason loved the animals but loved the statues more because he could touch and climb on them!

The gorillas were silly. The one stole the broccoli from the other. Mason kept saying "they eat the broco-yee"
Riding the hippo. When we saw the hippos mason said "hey hippo get in the water" silly kiddo
The giraffes were getting fed when we saw them!
Mason wanted to get into each cage. Clara kept saying "no! It will bite your face off" so then he kept saying it over and over.

"Yionz bite your face off!!" Thanks for that one aunt Clara!

When we got to the Petting zoo part there was a cow. Mason looked at it and said "get cow. You not at the zoo. You at the farm". He is right! So cute!!
what a great Grandpa,
Aunt and Mommy day!

Grandmas house!

There was a training in north bend I was asked to attend. My sister agreed to watch mason. We went up the weekend before to spend some time with everyone.
Grandpa Scott took us to Red Robin! I was so excited. Mason was thrilled to get the rest of Aunt Clara's milkshakes.

Aunt Clara is also very good at making smoothies and mason was very glad she shares!

Sunday best!!
A photo to send to daddy.
Mason is obsessed with the ducks at my parents house. My parents hate them for pooping on their dock. But mason sure loves their entertainment!

We stopped by gramzi's and grandpa Jim Jim to say hi and play with the cars.
Goofy kid making himself at home.
"When I grow up I want to be a nurse just like my aunt" I found this shirt and Clara thought it was perfect!
Uncle chase was running mason around with his horse and mason was so happy.

They also took him swimming at Snohomish's water park and he went down the water slide!
Thanks siblings for taking such good care of my baby.
This was the view from my retreat window. It was nice to get away from literally every thing. After we went to our rooms for the night I forgot what it felt like to have nothing to do. No dogs no baby no chores. It was so nice!
