101 goals in 1001 days (2.75 years)

I am beginning to create a 101 goal list. I got it from my cousin but its a great idea. you make a list of a hundred and one goals and complete it in almost 3 years. it is great becuase you have multiple seasons and plenty of time to do long term goals and short term goals. I am going to improve myself for sure. so much better than new years resolution. The website that gives you more information and examples is http://www.triplux.com/dayzero/ so take a look at it. let me know if you are doing it because it would be really fun to read other peoples. i will probably post mine on this blog as well!! happy goal setting

Watch out Indiana here comes the Mattoons.

This summer me and travis are going on our biggest adventure. Since we both don't go to school in the Summer we are going to Indianapolis, Indiana to sell Home Secturity. The average amount people make in the 4 months of the summer is 30,000 dollars. We looked into several different companies and chose Sound Security. We leave April 14th and come home August 31st. We are both really looking forward to it!! so its Bye bye Rexburg and Hello Indianapolis. I found this picture and i was super pleased to see Skyscapers. hooray. oh and a state map to show which state Indiana is! :)

I've been Tagged

Here are the rules:Each person that is tagged answers the following questions about themselves. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people, and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged, and asking them to read your blog. Here we go:

10 years ago: I was 10. wow those were my tomboy years. frizzy hair before the straightner days. i lived in Everett washington. Chase was a baby. I loved Backstreet boys, spice girls, barbies and power rangers. i rollerbladed with my best friends angelo and alicia.

5 things on my to do list today: Keep my husband happy (not hard), get homework done, take medicine (triple sick), Go to class and work, call my ma mere (aw how sweet)

Things I would do if I were suddenly made a billionaire: Pay tithing of course, hit the local craft store, pay off the jetta, pay my parents and in-laws for being such great people, and travis would probably make me save the rest.

3 of my bad habits: talking when other people were talking (surprise surprise), Worrying myself sick, and being unorganized leading to absolutely no time to do the things i need to do!!

Places I have lived: Everett, Washington. Lake Stevens, Washington (like 10 miles a way). and good old Rexburg, Idaho. I will live in Indianapolis, Indiana this Summer.

All Jobs I have had: Baby-sitting, Lifeguard and swim instructor for Forest Park, Home Swim lesson Buisness, and now i work in the Education Advising office at Byu-idaho. This summer i will work for Sound Security.

Most people don't know about me: I hate driving, i am scared of pretty much every animal, i have a fasinated by the silliest little things, i've only really driven SUV's and i am a foot shorter than my husband.

I am tagging: Ashley and Nicole!! have fun girls

Valentine's day 2008

For our first Valentine's day I gave travis a little treat every day for 2 weeks. They all were silly cute sayings like "your "red hot"" with red hots or "don't "snicker" just be my valentine" they were fun and he loved the surprise everyday. I joke that i did it to remind him that Valentines day was coming up so he wouldn't forget!! He kept a secret from me the whole time and then when i got home on Thursday he gave me an Ipod!!! A cute baby nano one. on the back he engraved "valentines day 2008 courtney"He bought himself one too so his is big and mine is little. kinda like us!! so it was a great day. here is a picture of my cute little V-day present.

home sweet home

This is a few shots of our first apartment in Rexburg, Idaho. It is so fun to have everything new and matching from all the great gifts off our registry. I had so much fun taking trips to Porters craft store and linens n' things and target to get all the home decor for our little place. People were so generous when we got married so we have all that we need. It is great. It is so fun to come home to see travis sitting on the couch waiting for me to get home from school and work. It is the perfect place for just our little family of two.
