Baby Braxton

My cousin Jess and Geoff had their baby. Mason and I went to see them in the hospital. He was so small and perfect. Cary that he was the same size mason was at about 2 months! (8lbs). Mason and I love babies .... Other people's babies!  Ha ha not even close to thinking about a second for us. But welcome to our crazy family Braxton. We love you already!!

Clean teeth

Mason loves brushing his teeth. And looks so cute and big when he does. Also love his buzzed hair!!

Costco hot dog

This kid ate an entire Costco hotdog with the bun! He is his father's son. Best $1.50 happy meal ever. 

Sprinkler

Masons first sprinkler run turned into a mud fight. He loved the muddy grass more then the clean hose water. That's my boy!

Back of the truck

One of masons favorite things is to play in the back of the truck. He is so silly running and climbing up on things. He loves to sit on the tail gate and just be outside. 

Family

Gosh I love my little family! (And that Travis shaved his beard for the first time in 3 years!

Girlfriends

Seriously a girl has to have her friends. I am so lucky to have the two best girlfriends for me. They have been by my side for the last two years and I seriously love the heck out of them. They make me better each day. We have had the best if times. It's not easy to get through school, pay for your husband to get through school, be pregnant, become moms and all that on the smallest budget possible. I love that we got through it together. Jaime and Ashley left pullman for the summer and I will miss them and can't wait for them to come back. Even if its only for a few months. 

Ashley and I were twinners in our striped maxis. Ashley is always so trendy and very fun. We laugh a lot and both have our moments. She is such a great mom and wife. 

Jaimie is so strong. She makes me want to have stronger faith. She is helpful and witty. She is going to be a great mom and is so fun with mason. We can talk about anything. 

Just precious. So fun that we have been friends for all the pregnancies of our firsts!!

Mason also loves his "aunt ash" and "aunt jaim" He loves looking at pictures of them while they've been away. They have been so much help with him over the past 18 months for sure!

Gosh I'm lucky to have some rockin BFFs 

Hives

Mason got hives! It was so sad to see but he wasn't too bothered by them. I thought he had a mosquito bite in his hair he kept itching. The looked under his shirt to see him covered. I narrowed it down to pineapple or fabric softener allergy. 

 

They later turned in to splotches. We kept his shirt off to keep him cool and rubbed calamine lotion on to help with the itch. Poor guy. 

Successful school pictures

My school had class and individual pictures and since mason goes to the Dino's class he got to be in them. I thought they turned out so cute. We shaved all his hair off a couple days later so I'm glad we could document his look one last time. Also Travis picked out his clothes. He did such a great job!

Bath buddies

Mason loves bath time and his friend paisley. So both together is even better. On one of our last days together they had a splashing bath complete with bubble hair dos. So cute!

A boy and his dog(s)

I love how much mason loves his pups! And boy do they love him and are so patient!! Masons new thing is to sit on them. He wants to ride them! Silly mason!

There's those teeth.

I finally caught a pic of his mouth full of teeth. He has six teeth on top and two on the bottom. That has got to feel so weird on his bottom gums!!

Butterflies

My preschool grew caterpillars into butterflies. It was so neat. I have done it the last two years at the u of I so I was excited to order my little caterpillars let them grow and get into they chrysalis and then into butterflies. My favorite part is releasing them. You stick your hand in the net and they climb right on your hand. Then you set them onto a branch or grass or flower. I feel as gentle as Jesus! I can't wait to do this with mason when he is bigger

Mustache binky

Nothing is more funnier than a baby in a mustache. Oh goodness I can't stop laughing or taking pictures. The best part is he keep making faces but has no idea how adorable it is!
